General Eligibility Requirements are as follows:

• Must be installed in Focus on Energy service territory.
• Replacement/Retrofit or New Construction.
• Equipment must be listed on the Qualified Products List (QPL) to be eligible.

Source ID - Energy Star ID or AHRI certificate number, if known.
Utility Provider - Please enter both utilities when applicable.
