Why Won’t My Promo Code Work?

If a Promo Code isn’t working, it may be due to one of the problems listed below.

Problem #1: The Promo Code isn’t for a current offer.

Solution: Make sure you are using a Promo Code for a current offer. There is a date range given for every FirstSupply.com discount offer. If you are trying to use a Promo Code before an offer has started, or after an offer has expired, the code won’t work.

Problem #2: Your cart total doesn’t fall within the limits of an offer.

Solution: Make sure your cart total falls within the limits set by the offer. Offers have maximum (and sometimes minimum) dollar requirements. If an offer states that there is a $5,000 maximum order limit, the Promo Code for that offer won’t work if you have more than $5,000 of merchandise in your cart. Likewise, if an offer states that there is a $250 minimum requirement, the Promo Code won’t work if you have less than $250 of merchandise in your cart.
