Furnish and install roof vent flashing with 24 ga galvanized steel base, fitted with adjustable, multi-size elastomer collar. Unit shall be Water-Tite item number checked below as manufactured by IPS Corporation, as per corresponding dimensional characteristics, or equivalent.
