Flange shall have a full-swivel,corrosion-proof stainless steel ring, with suffi cient holes for securing tofl oor and slots for inserting closet bolts. Flange shall have a knockout,sized larger than the opening, which comes out in one piece preventingit from falling down the drain line. Flange shall have a 3" Sch. 40 spigotconnection which conforms to ASTM D2665 (PVC) or D2661 (ABS).Flange shall hold a standard head test and be UPC listed. Alwaysfasten closet fl anges to the floor.
