117-8BP Blind Plug No-Hub Fitting Restraint, 8 in Pipe

The HOLDRITE® #117 Series NO-Hub Fitting Restraints are designed to reinforce no-hub cast iron installations at 90 deg change of direction in accordance with the installation instructions of U.S. cast iron soil pipe manufacturers the 2006 CISPI installation Handbook. The #117-3BP (3 in and 8 in size) restraints retain a blind plug onto the adjoining piping. Both stainless steel bands must be tightened to 60 in/lbs minimum. When installed correctly, these restraint brackets achieve a safe thrust pressure rating equal to 50 ft head of water pressure.
