PS150237C 1 in #10 BIG BLUE® Whole House Filter System

This large filter housing is ideal for high-flow and heavy sediment applications. Sump is made from opaque blue polypropylene that has been reinforced for strength and chemical- resistance, with high-flow polypropylene (HFPP) black caps for stiffness. The 1 in. cap has 1 in. female National Pipe Thread Taper (NPT) threaded input and output connections and a Buna-N O-ring to ensure a leak-free seal. Includes an integrated pressure relief button on the inlet side of the cap to release pressure in the housing and make changing the 10 in. x 4-1/2 in. filter cartridge easier. Features an initial pressure drop of 1 psi at a flow rate of 15 GPM, a maximum operating pressure of 100 psi, and a maximum operating temperature of 100°F (37.8°C). Meets National Sanitation Foundation/American National Standards Institute (NSF/ANSI) standard 42 for quality assurance, and is for use in various high-flow applications, including residential drinking water filtration, food service and irrigation, among others.
