- Sioux Chief 889 series FullFlush gasketed closet fl anges shall be used wherenecessary in drainage systems. Flange shall allow 1.5" offset in any direction, andhave a full-swivel, corrosion-proof stainless steel ring, with suffi cient holes forsecuring to fl oor and slots for inserting closet bolts. Flange shall have an offsetinner diameter area properly designed to allow full 3" spherical-fl ow for completedrainage and clog resistance. Engineered elastomer fl ange gasket shall have 3points of contact to ensure a positive seal inside 4" nominal DWV pipe. Alwaysfasten closet fl anges to the fl oor.
