The NIBCO® snap-on strap is made of polypropylene and is designed for use with CPVC-CTS systems. The polypropylene snap-on strap conveniently snaps on to hang and support CPVC-CTS piping. Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) has proven to be an excellent material for hot corrosive liquids, hot and cold water distribution and similar applications above the temperature range of PVC.
