First Supply Executive Kathryn Poehling Seymour Joins State Chamber Board
Madison, WI – Kathryn (Katie) Poehling Seymour joined the Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) Board of Directors during its biannual meeting held in Delafield in January. Poehling Seymour, the President & CEO of First Supply, joins dozens of business leaders and experienced executives to guide WMC as the voice of business in Wisconsin.
”We are proud to see Katie take on this leadership role with WMC,” said Seth DePuy, Chief Strategy Officer at First Supply. “Her commitment to advancing our industry and the broader business landscape reflects her dedication to progress, collaboration, and innovation.”
WMC, which serves as the state chamber of commerce and manufacturers’ association, is a membership organization whose mission is to make Wisconsin the most competitive state to do business. The WMC Board of Directors sets the business and industry legislative agenda for the organization. Like WMC’s diverse membership, the board of directors includes large and small manufacturers, service companies and chambers of commerce throughout Wisconsin.
First Supply remains committed to progress and smart solutions for its customers and communities. Guided by its vision to distribute innovation and partnership for generations, the company is evolving once again with a state-of-the-art distribution center opening in 2025—enhancing logistics and service capabilities while maintaining its legacy of reliability and leadership.
“We’re thrilled to have Ms. Poehling Seymour bring her leadership to the WMC Board,” shared WMC President & CEO Kurt R. Bauer. “As a fifth-generation family business leader, Ms. Poehling Seymour comes to us with a wealth of knowledge, passion, and industry experience.
