117-5L 5" No-Hub 1/16, 1/8 or 1/6 Bend Restraint

THE HOLDRITE® 117-L Series NO-Hub Fitting Restraints are designed to reinforce no-hub cast iron installations at 22-1/2 deg , 45 deg and 60 deg change of direction in accordance with the installation instructions of U.S. cast iron soil pipe manufacturers, CISPI Designation 310-11 and the 2006 CISPI installation Handbook. The 117-3L (2 and 3 in size), 117-4L (4 in size), 117-5L (5 in size), 117-6L (6 in size) and 117-8L (8 in size) retain the 1/16 bend (22-1/2 deg ), 1/8 bend (45 deg ) or 1/6 bend(60 deg ) elbow onto the adjoining piping. All five stainless steel bands must be tightened to 60 in/lb minimum. When installed correctly, these restraint brackets achieve a safe thrust pressure rating equal to 50 ft head of water pressure.
