- The Moen Smart Sump Pump Monitor provides peace of mind by monitoring your current sump pump’s performance 24/7 through connected, smart technology to alert you in real time if you are at risk of failure or flooding. The Smart Sump Pump Monitor helps mitigate the risk of water damage and flooding by allowing you the opportunity to address issues when high water levels or unusual conditions are detected. The Monitor retrofits any sump pump up to and including 1 HP. The Moen Smart Water App provides exact water-level data, monitors for sump pump overdrive, power outages, Wi-Fi status, temperature, humidity, and leaks. If an abnormality or leak is detected, you are alerted through the app or through an audible siren to help protect the home from water damage.

- The Moen Smart Water App provides exact water-level data to detect potential and actual pump failure, as well as excessive pump running, loss of power, Wi-Fi status, and temperature, humidity, and leak detection
- Allows you to test your battery backup system (if applicable) and ensure it's working properly for added security and peace of mind
- A freeze alert will also notify you if abnormal temperatures are detected and pipes are at risk
- The Sump Pump Monitor also monitors humidity to help detect any moisture abnormalities that could lead to mold
