Ticketing

All ticketing at Fiserv Forum will be by digital ticketing via a smart phone or device using the Milwaukee Bucks App or Ticketmaster via your phone’s web browser.

  • Printed tickets will not be issued or accepted at this venue. You will redeem your ticket by displaying and scanning a unique QR Code from your smartphone to gain access to the Forum.
  • If you have on-site parking included with your event, you will access a parking pass via the Bucks App as well.

Please take a few moments and follow the steps to set-up a "My Bucks/Ticketmaster" Account along with downloading the Bucks Mobile App, so you can access your tickets to the Fiserv Forum.

Step 1

Login to your "My Bucks Account"

If you have not setup an account yet, please take a moment and create a “My Bucks Account” by clicking the button below.

To Begin: Click the "Don't have an Account? Click Here" link to create a new account. You will need to provide your First and Last Name, email address and create a unique password. Note: Remember your email address and password, you will need it to access your tickets in the Bucks App.

  • If you already have an account and forgot your password, go through the "Forgot Password?" link to create a new password.

Step 2

Download the "Bucks App" on your Smartphone

Step 3

Accept Your Ticket

A link to your ticket will be emailed to you approximately 1 week prior to your event. Be sure you click the link in the email to accept your ticket and confirm that they are available in your Bucks App.


At the Fiserv Forum

  • Open the Bucks App and login
  • Select the event you are attending
  • Select View Barcode to open the ticket
  • Scan in at the event entrance [keep the App open for additional entry scan points]
  • Enjoy the event!

Can't use your Ticket?

If you are unable to use your ticket, please let us know as soon as possible. You will need to re-send your ticket to Jay Dalberg at [email protected]

Tickets are for invited guests only. If you are unable to attend this event, please notify us as soon as possible so we can re-claim your ticket and offer to another guest on the waiting list. Thank you for your help with this.
