Pre-Game Checklist
Mobile Tickets
Ensure quick and easy entry to Fiserv Forum by downloading the Bucks App prior to your arrival and having your tickets ready to scan. Please reference our Mobile Ticket Guide for more information on how to access and manage your tickets.
Know Your Entry Time
To ensure the safety of our fans, we have implemented a timed entry system. All ticket holders with seats located outside of the Testing Zone must arrive within an allocated 20-minute time slot, or will have to wait until the next available opportunity for entry to Fiserv Forum. The assigned Entry Group will be displayed on all tickets and at point of purchase.
New Bag Policy
With the exception of medical or diaper bags, bags and purses are no longer permitted inside Fiserv Forum. Guests entering Fiserv Forum are limited to a wallet no larger than 4”x6”x1”

Fiserv Forum
Fiserv Forum is the home of the Milwaukee Bucks, Marquette Golden Eagles men's Basketball Team and many great concert and events for years to come.
For most events, gates open 90 minutes prior to the listed event start time. We recommend that guests begin to make their way through security around 60 minutes before the event so you can enjoy the benefits of Suite 11.
If you are parking in the 5th Street lot with event parking passes, you will make your way through the Walkway on Level 3 of the parking structure to enter Fiserv Forum. All other guests should enter through the main entrance in the Atrium.
Suite 11 is located on the North side of the Suite Level (4th Level) of Fiserv Forum.
If you are parking in the 5th Street Parking Ramp, take the 3rd Level Walkway to access the Forum and take the elevator to the Suite Level (4th) and the Suite is down the hall from the elevator on your right.
If entering from the Main Atrium Entrance find the nearest elevator and ask for the suite level.
You will be required to show your ticket upon entering the Suite Level and scan it to open the door to Suite 11.

Suite 11
What You Can Expect
Suite 11 will be open and ready for guests soon after gates open. You will need to scan your digital ticket 3 times to gain access to Suite 11; once as you enter the forum, once after arriving on Level 4 (Suite Level) and once outside the door of Suite 11.

- Hosts will be waiting to greet you as you arrive
Digital tickets are the only way to gain entry into Fiserv Forum. Please take a moment and read through the ticketing procedures and let us know if you have any questions.
Gates open 90 mins prior to all events. We recommend guests arrive no later than 60 mins before the event start in order to enjoy the atmosphere and festivities of your event.
Food and Beverages will be available in the suite 30 minutes after gates open.
Parking
Event Parking Passes are limited and will be sent to guests via a Milwaukee Bucks ticket offer link, the same way your event tickets are sent.
Click the link in the email to accept the tickets and the parking pass will be in your "My Bucks" account on your Bucks App.Where Do I Park with a Parking Pass? Event Parking Passes are good at the 5th St. Parking Ramp North of Fiserv Forum. Present the Parking Pass barcode upon entering the parking structure, Park and take the elevator or stairs to the third level where you will find the skybridge and gate to Fiserv Forum.

Spot Hero
Spot Hero® is a parking reservation service that allows you to search their app or website before you arrive, choose the space that works the best for you, and book the space. You’ll know that there’s a space in the garage waiting for you when you arrive.
For guests with reservations at one of the Hyatt® properties, we recommend using valet parking in front of the Hyatt and putting the parking charges on your hotel room bill.

Do you need a hotel room for the night?
We have negotiated a special rate with Hyatt Regency and Hyatt Place Downtown Milwaukee. Click buttons below to make your reservations. Prices increase as we get closer to events, be sure to book your room early.
Check-In begins at 3:00 PM. We recommend you check into the Hyatt prior to stepping out for the evening. Guests need to check in prior to midnight or run the risk of losing your reservation. The hotel will require photo identification and a credit card at check in to cover any incidentals in the room.
Hyatt Place
Located 1 block from Fiserv Forum and the Deer District. This new hotel is a short walk from Fiserv Forum and the Deer District and offers free breakfast for our guests. 24 Hour Valet parking is available for $30/night and will be billed to your room. If you prefer to self-park, street parking and spaces in nearby garages are available.

Hyatt Regency
Located 2 blocks south of Fiserv Forum, this location makes for an easy walk to any event at Fiserv Forum. Follow the lights to the Deer District and Fiserv Forum.
The Hyatt Club is located on the 18th floor and access to the Club is included with your stay. The Hyatt Club is open Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 10 PM and is available for breakfast, a working/meeting space and has an honor bar available for pre-event cocktails. 24 Hour Valet parking is available for $31/night and will be billed to your room. If you prefer to self-park, street parking and spaces in nearby garages are available.
